What a CRE firm should actually post for 30 days
Most CRE content calendars die in week two, when the obvious listing posts run out.
The pillars
- Market observations — what you are seeing in your submarket, with a number you can stand behind.
- Listings and transactions — but written as the reason it matters, not a brochure.
- Explainers — how a CAM cap works, what a TI allowance covers, how an OM is structured.
- Broker expertise — one person's take, published under their name.
- Answers to client questions — the ones you answer on the phone every week.
- Questions to your audience — sparingly, and only when you will respond in the comments.
Cadence that survives a busy month
Three to five posts a week on LinkedIn is enough for a CRE firm. Batch them: write a month in one sitting, schedule them, then spend your weekly time replying to comments rather than drafting. Consistency beats volume, and replies do more for reach than another post.
What social does and does not do for AI visibility
Be realistic: social posts are a weak citation source for AI engines. Their value is distribution and relationships. If you want the same ideas to influence AI answers, publish them as pages on your own site as well — that is the version an engine can cite.

How often should a CRE firm post on LinkedIn?
Three to five times a week is enough. Consistency matters more than volume, and replying to comments does more for reach than publishing an extra post.
What should a commercial real estate firm post about?
Rotate pillars: market observations with real numbers, listings framed as why they matter, explainers of how lease and deal mechanics work, individual broker takes, answers to questions clients actually ask, and the occasional question to the audience.
Does posting on LinkedIn help with AI search visibility?
Only indirectly. Social posts are a weak citation source compared with pages on your own site. Publish the same ideas as site pages if you want them to influence what AI engines say about your firm.
