DeshTEK Digital launches an AI marketing intelligence platform built only for commercial real estate

As tenants and investors begin asking AI assistants for broker shortlists, CRE firms have had no way to see what those answers say about them

— DeshTEK Digital today launched an AI marketing intelligence platform built specifically for commercial real estate, bringing 28 tools behind one login — including a CRE-specific check of what Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini say about a firm when a prospect asks them for a recommendation.

The premise is a shift in how commercial property decisions begin. Tenants, investors and owners increasingly ask an AI assistant a question that used to go to a search engine: who are the best industrial brokers in this market? The assistant returns three or four names rather than a page of links. A firm that is missing from that answer never learns it was passed over.

Existing marketing software cannot tell a firm where it stands, because it was not built for the industry. Generic audits benchmark a commercial real estate website against web-wide averages, count backlinks without knowing whether a linking site has anything to do with real estate, and generate content with no concept of asset classes, submarkets or offering memorandums.

"Commercial real estate has spent twenty years optimising for a search results page. That is not where the next client is looking," said Rahul Singh, Founder of DeshTEK Digital. "When someone asks an assistant for a shortlist, you are either in the answer or you are invisible, and almost no CRE firm can tell you which one they are today."

The tools CRE firms reach for first

AI Visibility & Citation Tracker. Beyond a one-off test, it tracks how often a firm is mentioned, cited and recommended across AI search over time, scored and benchmarked against named competitors — the closest thing CRE has to a rank tracker for AI answers.

CRE Team Authority Score. Prospects research the broker who will run their deal, not only the firm. The tool scores every broker on a roster individually across all three engines and returns a fix list per person, which typically shows two visible senior brokers and a roster that is otherwise invisible.

Lease Abstraction. An uploaded commercial lease comes back as its key business terms — term and options, base rent and escalations, expense structure and CAM caps, tenant improvement allowance, termination rights — each carrying a confidence score, so uncertain clauses are flagged for a human read rather than buried. A comprehensive version works clause by clause, adding risk analysis and negotiation points ahead of a renewal or purchase.

CRE Backlink Intelligence. Every referring domain is scored twice: how relevant it is to commercial real estate, and how toxic it looks. A profile of 166 referring domains can contain only a handful of genuine CRE sources, a distinction generic link-count tools do not draw.

CRE Competitor Tracker. A full visibility scorecard against named or auto-discovered competitors, filtered by market, asset type and service line, alongside a faster side-by-side Quick Compare.

Website Reputation & Blocklist Check. Spam and malware blocklists, antivirus vendors, SSL certificates and SPF/DMARC records, with daily or weekly monitoring. It was built after a client discovered that antivirus vendors had flagged their website and their listing emails had been going to spam for weeks before anyone noticed.

The rest of the platform

The remaining tools span six categories. Audits cover the website, SEO, blogs, AI readiness, ad copy, creative, LinkedIn carousels and investor pitch decks. Content includes a CRE content creator, ad builder, profile optimizer and a market page generator that drafts SEO-ready pages for any market, asset type and service combination. Growth covers an opportunity finder for firms with weak visibility, a listing and offering-memorandum scorer that repurposes copy per channel, a 30-day LinkedIn authority calendar, an eight-touch outreach campaign builder, and social publishing across six networks. Reporting produces white-label client reports, reviewed before they are sent.

"Every tool here exists because a CRE firm hit the problem first," said Singh. "Nobody asked for a suite. They asked why their emails were going to spam, why a competitor kept getting named instead of them, and how long it takes to abstract forty leases."
